For Buyers, they’ll fill in details about the home they’re interested in purchasing and will be notified that a curated list of homes is on its way to their inbox. For Sellers, they’ll enter information about the home they wish to sell. U.S. leads will receive an instant home valuation, while Canadian leads will be informed that an agent will contact them shortly. STEP 3 Once the lead submits their details, you’ll receive an immediate email and text notification. Teams and brokerages can set up multiple recipients and customize delivery rules to ensure timely follow-up. STEP 4 The lead is automatically added to your LuxyLeads CRM and placed into a specific funnel based on the type of landing page they submitted. STEP 5 Now it’s time to reach out!
